As we continue to grow across New Zealand, we have two exciting Account Manager opportunities available within our Auckland-based Sales team:
- Account Manager - Residential
- Account Manager - Commercial

The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing an established customer portfolio including dealers, contractors, and trade partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing target markets to drive sales growth.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and commercial expertise.
- Developing and implementing strategies to secure new accounts while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business objectives.
- Representing Daikin professionally and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
About You
You are driven by results but understand that long-term success is built on strong relationships and customer trust.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within a technical or solutions-based environment, or a Mechanical Engineering qualification.
- Experience in HVAC, building services, technical sales, or a related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex customer relationships, budgets, and forecasts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the drive to pursue every opportunity.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience working with a premium B2B brand will be highly regarded.

Package includes:
- Base salary of $95,000 - $105,000
- 6% - 15% annual performance bonus
