At Daikin, our success is built on the strength of our people. To continue delivering the reliability and service our customers expect, we're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager who brings both strong inventory expertise and proven people leadership.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of inventory performance while leading and developing a capable team. You'll work closely across Sales, Finance, and Branch networks to ensure stock is aligned to demand, costs are controlled, and the business has clear visibility of inventory health.

You'll play a key role in shaping how inventory is planned and managed balancing short-term demand with longer-term strategy, while continuously improving systems, processes, and reporting.

Key areas of focus include:

• Driving demand planning and forecasting to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
• Leading inventory optimisation, including excess and obsolete stock reduction and cost control
• Strengthening reporting and automation to improve visibility and reduce manual processes
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the inventory team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

You'll also take ownership of procurement alignment and inventory governance, ensuring processes are followed, data is accurate, and the business operates with a "right-first-time" mindset.

We're looking for someone who is both commercially aware and operationally strong someone who understands inventory, but equally knows how to lead people, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
