This is far from a desk job. You'll be right in the mix - engaging with customers, supporting the sales team, and applying your technical knowledge to real-world challenges. From quoting systems and preparing product selections, to answering customer enquiries and helping out at our Trade Centre, no two days will be the same.

You'll be trained and supported to succeed, with opportunities to grow and learn from an experienced team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review commercial project specs, select suitable products, and prepare accurate quotes
• Provide technical support and product advice to sales teams and trade customers
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone at our Trade Centre
• Process orders, returns, and quotes efficiently using our internal systems
• Help maintain a professional and organised Trade Centre environment
• Support sales with project admin and occasional customer contact

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed a Mechanical Engineering qualification or a relevant trade certification
• Communicates confidently and can explain technical ideas clearly
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling tasks
• Has solid computer skills (especially Excel)
• Brings a customer-first mindset and enjoys helping others
• Any experience in customer service, internal sales, or the trade environment is a bonus , but not essential.
