Working within a team-based environment, the responsibilities and variation of this role are vast.

A taste of what the position will be involved with:

• Be the first point of contact for external and internal enquiries
• Ensure orders are ready for customer pickups
• Booking deliveries for local, regional and inter island jobs
• Sort and group orders based on delivery requirements
• Assist and support other departments on obtaining PODs from various freight companies
• Liaise with accounts to invoice and amend orders
• Check supplier invoices against receiving
• Assist with cycle counts & stock takes
• Efficient processing of shipment returns
• Monitor the overdue stock transfer transactions report to identify and investigate any anomalies

What' You Will Bring?

You will be an experienced administrator with in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Operations or a desire to cross pollinate your strong administrative skills.

Customer service, ability to analyse and solve problems, Microsoft Office skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

Physically fit and strong as some heavy lifting is required

Current forklift licence desirable.

A self-sufficient motivator who can take the initiative and continuously drive improvements.
