Leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring all targets and customer expectations are achieved.

Managing inbound stock receipt, precise allocation, and accurate inventory control within our Warehouse Management System.

Coordinating daily picking and timely distribution to customers, always adhering to scheduled cutoffs.

Upholding strict standards for safe product storage and optimal handling practices.

Overseeing the maintenance and safe use of material handling equipment.

Facilitating regular cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain accurate stock records.

Maintaining clean, well-organised workspaces that reflect professional pride in our environment.

Partnering with transporters to guarantee efficient outbound dispatch.

Liaising with Management and Customer Service to ensure all reporting is timely and actionable.

Optimising warehouse space usage and recommending process improvements to continually elevate performance.

Providing responsive, solution-focused feedback to Customer Service and our wider team.

Consistently upholding and improving safe work practices, always striving for zero harm.

Achieving and maintaining assigned KPIs, and managing non-conformances promptly.

Ensuring full compliance with company policies, quality objectives, and health & safety standards.

What You'll Bring:

You are an experienced Warehouse Supervisor—or ready to excel in the role—with proven strengths in Warehouse operations, Inventory management, and logistics. Your leadership elevates team performance and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key attributes include:

Solid background in customer service, Warehouse management, and Microsoft Office

Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills

Physical resilience for hands-on tasks, including heavy lifting

A current forklift licence
